About Arizona Gold Adventures
Arizona Gold Adventures Inc, began as a comment passed between two brothers sitting in front of their campfire on the east face of Rich Hill, in the Weaver Mountains of central Arizona. Both men grew up in the nearby desert and loved being under the open Arizona sky. One brother had stayed in the Phoenix area, building a successful business. The other now lived in New York, where he worked in a hospital emergency room.

They talked about their gold prospecting efforts on Rich Hill, rolling boulders, digging and detecting. One brother said to the other it would be great if they could make a living teaching folks how to find gold, and turning them on to how exciting and beautiful Arizona is. They both agreed that would be the life!

One- year later, Terry Soloman presented his business plan for Arizona Gold Adventures, to a businesswoman in New York. After falling in love with the concept - and completing her due diligence, Catherine Noonan became the Chief Executive Officer and President of Arizona Gold Adventures Inc (AGA), guiding the new start-up to a profit in its very first year of business.

AGA is very proud to say that since 2007, our sponsors, students and guests have added over $100,000.00 to the local economies of Congress, Stanton and Yarnell, Arizona, through purchases of gasoline, sundries, food, beverages, lodging, antiques, gold prospecting equipment, prospecting club memberships,

souvenirs, gold claims and other items.

As Chief Operations Officer for AGA, Terry now oversees all of the company’s operations at their gold prospecting school - located in the 1860’s ghost town of Congress, AZ, as-well-as the company's reservation and business offices in White Plains, New York. Arizona Gold Adventures is now the leading provider of private gold prospecting expeditions and meteorite hunting day trips and vacations in the state of Arizona.
